We were promise that they were paying off our old HVAC so they'll install your high efficency HVAC. We agreed it was installed within the week that was Aug. It is already Jan no cheque and sales rep or the person who called me that the cheque was mailed( Miriam) can not be reach, phones the 800 number person answered still no return call. I think that was just the company's modus to get customers.
Good follow-up before service installation. After installation very poor response. I have been calling for the last one week, either call goes in voice or customer service response that technician will contact, or we will call shortly. But nobody called. More than one week, no AC in Home. I am calling from last 5 month but still problem is not resolved. I am not suggesting KW to anyone. They are interested in google reviews rating. Several times, KW called me to remove the rating as well, but they are not interested in fixing the issue of the unit. If there is a minus rating, I could give a minus rating.
