Poor execution and time frames
I have approached Krishna from Shilpshala for a customised bracelet in August 2022 & paid advance for it after he promised to deliver the same within 20 days as I have flight to catch after that . Now it’s Jan 20-2023,, literally 4 months he took advance & not even responding to my messages & calls . He even turned off comments section in Instagram wer he was worried that ppl like me will post about him .. just refund my advance or give me my order… This is a fake page don’t trust unless it’s for small order .
Its been about 4 months as an active employee in Shilpshala and here are my genuine understanding and outcome from the office till date :
A) Office environment: It is incredibly excellent with beautifully maintained lawn, even while working you will feel close to the nature and would never be bored with the work.
B) Working experience: Our mentor and the principal architect is quite experienced and supportive in each aspects while having a great sense of managing the projects creatively which is truly admirable.
C) Overall experience: This place is legitimately marvelous for an architect, interior designers, and any other who connects him/herself with the construction or design process.
I am completely satisfied with the working environment as well as the quality of learning in here, which would definitely gonna help me in self and career development.
If you want to pay exorbitant prices and poor work quality, go for it
Don't work here, Architects!!!
Firms is full of frauds, my friend worked here and also some known worked here too, principal architect used to abuse on their employee even after exploting them, even refused to pay their last month salary when they decided to leave the firm, and all other reviews are fake given on the orders of firm itself. Principal architect have no morality.
Worst office ever , the place is hell for talented once

They are one the best in town.
I was trainee here.. i learnt many things at this firm.. so much professional and copperative team.. they Support me and teach me till my internship end.. they have great work of interiors as wells as In construction feild also...
