We are repeat purchasers from Jainsons. Bought 2 lamps and 4 terrace lights from them in the last couple of years. Just want to highlight the quality of their products and after sales service. I managed to break (electrically) one of my lamps because of my own fault and they fixed it smiling. It's rare to see such customer service these days. Their products are artsy/classy, a bit expensive but worth it.

chose them over purple turtles(banglore).it took them 4 days (post order payment) to tell they didnt have a piece, which i instantly (the very same day changed to a new one). took them 6 more days to dispatch it. still havent received it. been more than 10 days.

Terribly sad attitude of the team at the Ghitorni outlet. Absolutely disinterested and unwelcoming staff who made us feel bad that they had to actually move their backside from their comfortable chairs to show us a product around their store.
Excellent service. I read some of the comments regarding high price and chinese products. But trust me, they really serve you better than others. I purchased a wall lamp from their website hardly about 17cm long but the package delivered to me was huge and around 4 kgs.
Price of the products are a bit higher but the quality and service is very good. Packaging is excellent and the outer package has proper warnings to handle with care. Even if the handler throws it around the items inside won't get damaged.
Pros. Service and quality is very good. And they have the biggest and latest collection of lights.
Cons. The informations like the 'lumens output' and the 'color temperature' of the lights aren't available on their site but you can ask about it by chat or mail.

Expensive compared to other places. Poor after sales service. For online purchase, you will be asked to visit showrooms to return the item (if defective), it will be repaired and then again you need to go for collection.
Had a very bad experience with them, purchased some items online firstly the sales person charged extra for courier, and when i asked to return the remaining amount he denied saying we will adjust for your future purchase secondly i bought some extra pieces and when i asked him if i can courier the remaining items he said we don't return cash what is this policy these items are of no use to me and they are packed never opened, still he denies the return, this is a very bad experience with the jainsons
Ordered a lamp. The quality was unbeatable and the aesthetics were also unmatched. Totally recommend it to every one who fancies a great side table accent.

A huge showroom of three floors for all kinds of premium light decor for your ceilings or walls or living room or any room for that matter. The staff is prompt and polite. This is a true la la land!! A complete wonderland for any light enthusiastic or anyone looking to beautify his/her home. Prices are premium but then everything totally feels like it and justifies the price. I had purchased a chandelier from here almost an year back. And going to buy some more light decor for my home. A highly recommended place to visit if you're looking to beautify your house or office!!
