Since being founded in 2009 by architectural professional Banu Altay, Sia Moore Architectural International has quickly become a glowing example of design excellence. Today, the firm is known as an international brand (even though it’s located in İstanbul) and continues to complete one deluxe project after another.

Today’s highlight, taken from Sia Moore’s portfolio, is certainly no exception. First-grade mansions, private palaces, and six-star hotels are nothing new when it comes to the firm’s projects. That is why this shining gem, a cluster of 18 villas clocking in at no less than 17000 m², only adds to the splendid reputation of Sia Moore

The visual splendour of Hayat Villas

The Hayat Villas project commenced in 2017 and, as of February 2020, is still underway. Fortunately, we have the architects’ 3D renderings at hand, allowing us a first-seat glimpse of what this miraculous design is going to look like when completed.

Constructed in the modern style (and located in Sapanca, Turkey), the Hayat Villas consist of three floors: a basement, ground surface, and the first floor. Every floor was designed in such a way to have a unique and striking ambience. And in order to be complemented by the lush surrounding natural features, all of the finishes, materials, and colours were chosen carefully.

The elegant interiors

The striking style continues perfectly on the inside, where the spacious rooms were designed with keywords like “elegance”, “comfort”, and “luxury” in mind. A dominant neutral / creamy colour scheme ensures the scattered natural and hot colours (like that fabulous sofa, and the bright greens and blues from the exteriors) become beautifully prominent.

A light, bright ambience throughout

Since the planning phase of this project, it was decided to keep the entire design eco-friendly while ensuring a top-notch luxurious feel throughout. Therefore, multi-functional spaces were designed to bathe in buckets of natural light throughout the day.

Letting in the view

As mentioned, a lush natural setting was chosen for the villas. To take full advantage of the location, majestic windows and glass doors were necessary to invite in gorgeous views.

Outdoor swimming pools with spacious verandas complement the luxuriousness of the design. But of course functionality and practicality were also taken into consideration. That is why all of the villas were designed to accommodate crowded families, are located far from city noises, and are under 24/7 protection to keep residents as safe and comfortable as possible.

Quite the outstanding project

In the words of the Sia Moore team themselves: “All in all, Hayat Villas is a unique project that was designed as an eco-friendly, one of a kind, luxurious project. Achieving all of those marks with the designed proved to be quite an interesting journey that was priceless in every second”.

Let’s indulge in a few more 3D renderings to further kick-start our daydreams of being fortunate enough to one day call these stylish villas “home”.
